We champion Business Owners, this is our story.

Sandy Constantine
Founder & Director

Sandy Constantine founded Bryant & Bryant in 1990, with a philosophy of 'walking in our clients shoes'.

Since then, a team of people who share the vision and who are willing to go the extra step for clients has taken shape.

This is a team that places a huge emphasis on your outcomes first and foremost. It is a team that treats clients, and each other, like family.

The leadership of the business consists of some of the most experienced "in the trenches" practitioners in the country.

‘What is hard alone, is easy together’ is not just a nice line, for us, it is the glue that brings us together and allows us to create results that others cannot.

True Partnership

We believe this means putting yourselves in your client's shoes and taking mutual responsibility for a shared vision. For decades this business has been focused on more than being Accountants or Advisers. Our client's businesses don’t fit into boxes and neither should we as their true partners. We don’t just go further because it is our jobs, we do what we need to in order to help Business Owners achieve their dreams and to perform one of the most valuable roles in our society.

What is hard alone, is easy together.

Meet Some of Our Dedicated Team

In the more than 40 years I have spent working with Entrepreneurs I have learned that business is not always easy.

I have also learned that if a Business Owners ‘Why’ is strong enough then there is always a way we can help them achieve their dreams.

27 years ago as a Business Owner, I lost everything and in the process, I learned a lot of valuable lessons. I also came to believe that all Business Owners deserve a second chance.

Bryant & Bryant was founded to fill a gap in an ecosystem that is not always supportive of Entrepreneurs. We stand beside our clients, we negotiate on their behalf, we provide expert advice wherever they need it and more importantly, we become part of their story.

Ultimately I am someone who is driven by bringing other peoples dreams into reality.

I find that Business Owners & Entrepreneurs are typically people who have a strong vision and I'm okay with making that vision my own.

So for me, the best part of my job is really getting to know my clients and understanding them and their businesses. That's what makes the job so fulfilling because I then feel part of the amazing outcomes we help them to create.

I’m driven by the difference I can make to my client's lives and I am an Accountant that believes that the numbers only matter in how you use them to create value.

I guess that makes me a non-typical Accountant and I’m ok with that.

There are simple measures that make running a business easier, so in part, I see it as my role to help our clients to navigate through my experience to their specific solutions.

I am also focused on helping to expand the understanding of our team members so that they are also always looking beyond the numbers to the ways we can use them to benefit our clients.

To me, Small Business is so much more important to our society and our economy than Large Corporates.

Small Businesses are also much more vulnerable than corporations and they both need and deserve support, protection, and guidance.

I love the family aspect of a business, the sense of collaboration and bringing different people together to create better outcomes for everyone.

One of the most fulfilling things I do in my role is to take away some of the stress my clients are feeling. I feel great knowing that I am able to help them to have more enjoyment in their lives.
